InviteFlow policies

Privacy
We store the account, event, RSVP, guestbook, and uploaded-photo information needed to operate your invitation. We do not sell personal information. Hosts control the invitation content they publish and should only upload material they are allowed to use.
Payments and access
Payments are processed by PayMongo. InviteFlow does not store full card details. Invitation access starts after payment confirmation and follows the duration shown for the selected plan.
Cancellations and refunds
If a technical problem prevents the purchased invitation from being delivered, contact us promptly so we can fix it or assess a refund. Change-of-mind requests are reviewed individually before substantial use or publication.
Guest content
RSVP and guestbook entries are shared with the invitation host. Guests should avoid submitting sensitive information. Hosts can moderate guestbook messages from their dashboard.
Service changes
We may improve the product while preserving access to purchased invitations. Planned maintenance or material changes will be communicated when practical.
